the location was ideal as it allowed me to easily explore the surrounding area.
The customer service definitely needs improvement as I had a frightening experience with one of the representatives on the phone. This left me feeling unsupported and frustrated.

I recently stayed at a hotel during my city trip and the experience was quite pleasant. The room size was good and it had all the necessary amenities. The location was key, it was close to all the main attractions of the city. The breakfast was okay, it provided a good start to the day. The best aspect was the security guard at night, who was always on point and very attentive.
There were a few things that put a damper on my stay. It was a very inconvenient situation and it took away from the overall experience.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel as well as the location being close to the metro station. The hotel facilities were also impressive and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Additionally, the security guard on duty at night was excellent and made me feel safe during my stay.
